Eating: Ahhh, that craving list was funny yesterday. I am sure I will be having a few more of those moments in the coming weeks, slowly weaning myself off the baddies... though I will admit I was very naughty this afternoon and ate like, half a packet of Aero Bubble Balls. My reasoning? I want them out of my fridge so I don't eat them down the line. Clear it out now, and then I can keep my fridge clear of temptation. Yes, logical.
Drinking: A bit more exciting tonight... a lovely stemless wine glass of Rosemont Treminer Riesling. Simply delightful! Thank you Dadsy for the awesome Christmas present.
Watching: Slowly easing off the flood watching. Got home after work today and watching 2.5 episodes of True Blood Season II to start my weekend. I haven't been keeping up to date with it over the last few weeks since Stace borrowed me them. I will admit, Eric is becoming more of delicious eye candy than I originally feared. I feel like I'm SOOKEEEEHHHHHH in that respect. Liked Bill, now liking Eric. Oh dear. So many naked men it's hard to stick to one, isn't it? I cried when Godrich burned to a crisp. Granted, it was late at night and I was a bit fragile anyway (I love being a woman, let's just leave it at that).
Later in the evening I have watched (with Mr Harris, but he fell asleep so his 'watching' doesn't count... he assured me that he will finish it off tomorrow morning when he wakes up at the crack of dawn off his own free will... crazy dude...)... The Taking of Pelham 1,2,3. Actually pretty gripping. We all knew how it was going to end. But the making of was really interesting, it was all shot on location in New Yorks train tunnels and in the streets. Crazy stuff they had to go through to get it all happening. Very interesting! Worth watching. Much much better than 'To Paris, with Love' (Travolta's other 'tough beefy dude' role... utter sh!t). Denzel played a good part. Travolta looked good, but his voice just gets me. It's too feminine, or high or just ungruff. It's too gentle a voice to sound mean and bad-ass. And he really can't pull off saying "mother f**ker", you know how when some people say it, it just sounds strained? Like me, I'm one of those people. Some people just aren't meant to say such naughty poo poo words as that. But it feels good when you kick your toe. Yeah, so Travolta can't pull off 'tough nuttiness' with the voice anyways....
Listening to: My brain slowly shutting down for the evening. Getting sleepy...
Just finished: putting Mr Harris to bed. Mouth is woolly, must clean teeth soon. Have winey aftertaste in mouth with woolly teeth. Icky.
After this, I'm going to: clean my dentals, and go to bed.
One wish for the day:
Hmm, actually I have no real urges for anything today. Must have been a satisfying day!
"Idiot on the Road" moment: On the way home today. Right hand lane, doing 80km in an 80km zone. Have some turd up my arse, I can see he's itching to get ahead. He swerves into the left lane, only to fall back behind an even slower car. Ha ha. Douchebag. Then he manages to get up past me on the left, driving something like 100km in the left hand lane, then dangerously swirves back into the right hand lane about 2 cars up. And yet we both pull up at the same red traffic light. *Sigh*
Plans for weekend...
1. Watch 'Tangled' again. Yup, wanna see it again. Thats rare for a movie these days, ones that are still at the cinema at least. Its just so visually 'drool'. I will be watching it in 2D this time. And sitting in a middle seat. And possibly dragging Paul along too for the ride.
2. Go op-shopping with sister Sezza. Wanting new clothes like really desperately, but have no money on which to spend it. Will op-shop and get lots of unique and funky clothes. Need a new look this year. I'm over t-shirts. Time to be a bit more 'I've put a bit more effort into how I look here'. Ya know?
3. Final Dreamworld trip before my annual pass runs out. Last chance this weekend. Kinda over it though, heh.
4. Piggies Ruskii and Soda will be UNITED this weekend!! So excited! Have to reaarange the pens in the garage so Seb and Charlie's pen will be seperate from pen with female in it. Problems could arise. It's going to be magical! And luckily Ruskii is over his rotten belly bowel movements. Phew!
5. Make spaghetti bolognaise. Meh, it's a plan of sorts!
6. Burn wedding DVD for rellies in UK. Well overdue for that.
That's aboot it. Yup, aboot. Like a Canadian would say it.
Eyeballs and attention span is dissintergrating.
Hope y'all have a mad weekend - filled with all things fun/cruisey/friends/family/food/boozies/heading out/roadtripping.... etc. etc. You get the drift.
Man, it's my birthday soon. I have to plan a bloody party or something ...
HAPPY WEEKEND! AirTester oot.
