Not really no.
But it's still cool, no?
Movin' right along....
..................................................................................................................................................................
Mood: Tired/relieved/chilled. What a bloody afternoon at work, talk about last minute jobs. OMG. I usually try and refrain from using the cybe jargon on my very sophisticated blog, but this afternoon deserves an OMG. So does the itch on my thigh right now. OMG. ITCHY. GO AWAY. WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?
Also 1/10 on the scale of drunkedness... 1/5 on the scale of tipsyness. Find out what I'm drinking after this short commercial break... (do watch, it is funny shizen. Plus I've broke the video embedding void. Whooppee!)
Eating: I've decided that with the 'watching/listening to/eating' categories I will now express the 'best of the day'. To save repetition (of night time noises, I'm sure you're all well sick of that now...)... so we'll go with the best thing of the day instead. It will be much more interesting I'm sure.
And my food today was not very interesting at all. I ate a falafel kebab and that is it. Wow I didn't really think about eating much food today at all really, usually I'm hanging for sweeties or an icecream or muffin or more than what I've eaten, but with the crappy busy day it's been I haven't thought of it. Amazing! Anyway, the kebab man forgot to put onions on my kebab. Those of you who know me and my eating habits will understand that this is a massive no no. Onions, are god. Pile those suckers on! I thought when I watched him put all the salad on that something was missing, but I thought I just missed it for a split second. WRONGO. The kebabble was dry as, and a bit bleh (ie. tasteless... wonder why??). But I get 'we work next door to you' discount, so I got it for $6. No complaints really.
Shepherd's pie for tea, making use of the feral mince I fudged from tacos night. I must admit I am pretty proud of myself for turning a failed dinner into a successful one. I used up 3/4's of all the foods for the tacos and just piled some cheesey spud on top. Worked a charm! It got eaten!!
Tipsy scale: 3/5. I think I want a refill...
Drinking: What oh is Mrs Harris celebrating a Friday night with tonight? Well, I've actually discovered a new combination that is very refreshing. Iced Tea (lemon flavour) and vodka. Iced Tea I found in my fridge. I did not buy it, but it was left over from birthday weekend from hungover pal purchase. Belissimo! Fresh and lightly alcoholic. Too yummy really! I would get another but I am all out of vodka. Oh dear.
I am not an alcoholic people, rest assured. I just like enjoying my Friday night with one or two or 5 drinkies to relax and see the weekend in. No harm! May 7, 8 drinkies....
Still wavering on 3/5 tipsy though. Pretty good spot for blogging. Don't feel the fingers seizing up with so much typing. Am able to still type legible sentences, still have structured thought.
Another video relating to my HIMYM lovin', because now I have no limits...
Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh. Major Barney crush (Major Barney...). Yikes I know, I know. Can't help it. He sings, he dances, he has flaws, he's a good visual kisser, he's just a cuteeeeeeeeeey!!!
Anway... ahem.
Listening to: Best sound today, was when I took a rejuventating stroll down Tally Beach this afternoon after hectic crap arvo at work. Dawdled in the waves, got my pants super wet (peddle pusher length here)... got it up past mid thigh. I cared at first that I had gotten a bit wetter than originally anticipated, but then I ended up not really caring two hoots. It was bloody hot and the wet pant legs felt good on my sweaty legs as I walked in the cooling wind. Stuff Jelly Legs, bring on sweaty legs!
I digress. The best sound I heard when I was walking through the water, and came across a spot of sand that had a lot of stones, pebbles and shells spanning across about 5 metres. The tide rolled in, and then when the tide rolled out, all the stones, pebbles and shells all bumped together and made this delightful fairy-like 'tinkle tinkle'. It made me smile. Such a delicate little musical noise that I would never have caught had I not been walking across them at that time. Really lovely, added much to the relaxation of it all.
After this, I'm going to: feel bad that I've yacked on and on about stuff and haven't added a thing about my birthday. I had a lot of thoughts today people! I do look forward to doing up the Birthday Edition Blog. Loads of photos and videos, I will upload I promise.
Then I will head downstairs, pour myself another tasty beverage, turn on the tv, cook some shepherd's pie, feed my piglets and finally sit my arse down. Phew!
One wish for the day:
That I had a wee bit more vodka in the hoos (like a Canadian now... hoos). I'm loving that Iced Tea! I will call it Burleigh Waters Iced Tea. Oh god that is lame, it's lame isn't it?
"Idiot on the Road" moment: I watched someone tailgate someone else today. And that still annoyed me. Not as much as being tailgated myself. But still really annoying to watch. Loser Getz.

To start weekend festivities, I have added yet another video. Not of me though. It's of a ladybug that seems to have developed a fascination with sugar sprinkles. Rather adorable really. Please watch and laff. There's no sound but feel free to make your own sound effects...
Have a great weekend everyone - will be bloggin again REAL soon ya hear!!
Aaaand final tipsy score: 5/5 (YEWW!!!)
Drunken Score: 4/10
To be continued... I think I have some left over Southern Comfort... will that go with Iced Tea...?

ooh i have an 'idiot on the rd moment' OMG. yes its worth an OMG...we were coming into nthlakes from kallangur, stopped at the lights on the overpass, P plater ricks up beside us in a...you guessed it, a GETZ..black...for all intensive purposes. playing on her ipod changing songs really not paying attention, shook our heads and told her to put it away (windows were up so she didnt actually hear us), lights go green, we all take off, then at the lights to turn into the shops she goes STRAIGHT THROUGH the red light (speeding by the way) and misses T-boning a car by MILLIMETERS, lightly braking at the last minute to miss them...stupid BITCH could have killed them, cos she would have hit their drivers door. STUPID STUPID B&TCH....just goes to show what a little distraction can do, and so lucky it was late at night (and not late night) and that there was only the one car turning, or else she would have collected them... stupid b&tch, too bad she was going too fast to get her numberplate...
bah.
thats my rant..
i love you :)
